Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel Are Expecting Their Second Child

Another baby is on the way for Miranda Kerr and Evan Spiegel! They made the exciting announcement via E! News on Friday: "Miranda, Evan, Flynn, and Hart are looking forward to welcoming the newest member to their family," Kerr's rep said in a statement.

The happy news comes less than a year after Kerr and Spiegel, who tied the knot in an intimate backyard ceremony in May 2017, welcomed their first child together. Their son, Hart, was born in May 2018-and no, Spiegel did not Snapchat the birth. In an interview with Jimmy Kimmel shortly before welcoming Hart, Kerr confirmed that her husband, the founder of the photo-sharing app, would likely be keeping his children off the platform altogether. "My husband's a very private man," she said. "What I love about Snap is you can send your friends and family these little intimate moments that you're comfortable sharing. So, my family in Australia-we Snap all day long. But publicly, it's a different thing… You want to keep some things private."

Kerr also shares 8-year-old son Flynn with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, and her eldest might be the most thrilled of all about his mom's pregnancy. In that same interview with Kimmel, Kerr spoke about how Flynn had been begging for a younger sibling. "Evan and I had been together for a while, and Flynn was like, 'When are we going to have a baby brother or sister?' We were like, 'We've got to get married first,'" she said. "The day after the wedding, he comes running in, and he's like, 'Mommy, is it in there?' I was like, 'Honey, give it a minute!'"

Of course, Kerr, 35, and Spiegel, 28, are also undoubtedly over the moon about their expanding family. Last year, shortly after celebrating his first-ever Father's Day, Spiegel said of fatherhood: "It's impossible to describe. It's a life transforming event." Kerr later echoed her husband's sentiments, calling motherhood "the most rewarding thing."
